Ferg's Sports Bar and Grill

Where: 1320 Central Ave. St Pete 822-4562
What: Sports Bar and Grill
When: Anytime there's a game anywhere. There is a TV in every corner. Monday is sports trivia night
Who: Before a game, anyone with a ticket. After a game, the 20's-early 30's take over.
How much: Sandwiches, salads and pizza $4-$8, Bucket of beer-$12

Comments: If you're going to a game at the Trop., this is the party place before and after. A great outside/inside bar, it has multiple bars, pool tables and air hockey. It is large and will absorb a lot of people, and the short walk through the tunnel to the Trop makes partying that much easier. The menu is limited, with the specialty of Wings, and is typical bar food, but good. The drink specials start 2 hours before the games and go to close. Heads up girls, there is mist running to keep it cool. Not a good thing for frizzy or flat hair. Guess sports nuts don't care about that.
