Callaway Gardens

Where: Pine Mountain, Georgia 60 miles southwest of Atlanta
What: Secluded resort, dedicated to environmental education
When: Each season brings it's own special events to the garden

How much: Adults $13, child 6-12 Years $6.50, under 6 is free

Comments: Callaway Gardens is a beautiful destination resort. It includes a variety of gardens,exhibits and nature trails. The sports enthusiast can bask in golfing, tennis, fishing, boating and biking. The Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center is a must see, featuring over 1000 butterfly's, tropical plants and birds. There are hotels inside the park and in Pine Mountain nearby. The Villas in the park are fabulous, secluded in woods, first-rate accommodations. They are perfect for large groups (weddings and family reunions) This is the place to refresh your soul and renew your spirit.
