Green Iguana



Where: 8790 Bay Pines Blvd, St Petersburg
What: Restaurant and bar, indoors and outdoors
When: Wed, Fri and Sat night. entertainment 7 nights /week
Who: Wed is 21-35 yr old,for $1 bottle night from 10pm to closing. Fri and Sat. will bring 30's and 40's, depending on the music. Dress is casual, expect to be crowded.
Cost: Full bar and menu covers Specialty Hamburgers, Wraps and Sandwiches, Entrees from $7-$13.

Comments: This place has a great tropical atmosphere and terrific specialty drinks, as in the Jamaican Lizard. It gets jammed at night and is a pick-up joint so come dressed the part. Save lots of room for your $1 beers but don't annoy the bouncers.

This is a nice place. I met a really good-looking woman for lunch here during January. We were seated out on the deck, as were the other customers. It was clean and the service was prompt. The food was very good, the view was nice, and the lady was beautiful. I will definitely return here.
