Cost: Menu-$9-$12
Comments: This is a beautiful bar with polished wood, but seriously, patrons are allowed to smoke. What happened to the no smoking law? There is a beautiful view of the river, if you can see it. I would have liked to have stayed, but there was no way. If you go, complain loudly, or leave gagging.
